Sataniv-Shumsk Community Workshop project is aimed at empowering youth potential and uniting activists from two communities around the idea of common development.

Project goal: development of the civil society sector in Sataniv and Shumsk territorial communities?? by creating an educational platform for civic action.
Project Impact
Sataniv-Shumsk Community Workshop became a powerful tool for empowering youth potential and uniting activists from two communities around the idea of common development.
The project laid the foundation for systematic youth participation in community life, providing not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in project proposal writing and managing their own initiatives. The creation of the educational platform allowed young people to transform their ideas into real-world mini-projects, promoting leadership skills and a sense of pride in their homeland.
Ця ініціатива продемонструвала ефективність міжрегіонального партнерства у розбудові сильного громадського сектору та вихованні нового покоління змінотворців на місцях.
Results
- 40 residents of Sataniv and Shumsk territorial communities aged 16-35 took part in study visits and two training sessions designed to increase awareness regarding local development and community activism.
- 40 project proposals drafted by each participant.
- “My Region is Unique” mini-project contest organized
The “Sataniv-Shumsk Community Workshop” project was implemented in partnership with the NGO “Community Unity and Development” (Sataniv settlement, Khmelnytskyi Oblast). It was made possible with financial support from the Public Union “Civil Initiatives of Ukraine” as part of the “Support for Local NGOs and Community Initiatives” project.
