The Second Module of the Tourism School Has Taken Place: Learning, Insights, and Results

01.02.26

The second module of the Tourism School intensive training has successfully taken place, bringing together entrepreneurs and engaged residents from the Lanivtsi, Pidvolochysk, Volochysk, Teofipol, and Skorykiv communities. The focus of the module was business planning and marketing in the hospitality industry.

Over two days, participants worked with practical case studies, searched for effective solutions, and developed their own business growth plans. Not just on paper – hands-on as well!

The first day of the intensive course was dedicated to strengthening and adapting tourism businesses in the context of war. Participants analyzed market demand and the competitive environment, explored current trends, tested business ideas, and developed their own project concepts.

Participants were guided by expert speakers, including Markiyan Datsyshyn, PhD in Economics and Local Economic Development consultant; Hanna Sydorenko, founder of the karpaty.info portal; and Petro Lazarchuk, local economic development expert.

On the second day, participants focused on marketing and branding in tourism. They worked with target audiences, explored marketing tools, and discussed the specifics of running a short-term accommodation rental business.

The date of the next module has already been set. See you soon!
