“Establishing and Developing Business Consulting Points in Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Ternopil, and Kharkiv Regions” is a project designed to create an enabling environment for entrepreneurship and support businesses amidst current challenges.

Project Goal: To create a favorable environment for the development and effective operation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Ternopil, and Kharkiv regions by establishing the effective operation of business consulting points based in local Administrative Service Centers (ASCs) of territorial communities.
Project Impact
Our initiative aims to create a comfortable environment for entrepreneurship, increase business competitiveness, and support relocated enterprises, veterans, and their families who wish to start or expand their own businesses.
Consulting points are a practical solution that will help micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises receive free support for business development.
Objectives
- Establishment of consulting points.
Providing at least 128 business consulting points in the communities of the Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Ternopil, and Kharkiv regions with the necessary furniture and equipment for effective operation.
- Training for consulting point staff.
Enhancing the knowledge and skills of at least 128 consulting point employees to improve the quality of services provided to MSMEs at the community level.
- Conducting an awareness campaign.
Promoting the territorial communities’ business consulting points in the Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Ternopil, and Kharkiv regions at both the local and regional levels.
Funding
The project is financially supported by the Government of Japan and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine within the framework of the “Transformational Recovery for Human Security in Ukraine” project.
Results
- 133 business consulting points equipped
- A 3-day offline “Business Consultant School” training was conducted
- Necessary equipment provided to the consulting points
- The “Business Consultant School” video course was developed and produced
- The “Business Consulting Points” web resource, featuring courses and lectures developed
- A promotional video created
- A closing conference was held to present the project results
