The Centre for Initiative Development “InSource” is a team of people who love their work and are ready to give it their all! We believe that initiatives create change, and each of us is a source of change. The main thing is to work and not be afraid to implement your plans in life.
Our story began in 2014 with a small initiative group: several people came together to act, change and influence. We do not yet know how we will do this, but we have clearly realized that inaction is not about us.
This year, the initiative group officially merged and registered a public organization called "Initiativna Shumshchyna". This is how our official history began! As the social activity of each of us was then a "novelty", the following year we mainly attended trainings, participated in study tours and learned to write projects and organize events.
In 2016, Initiativna Shumshchyna received its first grant and implemented its first project. It was very little money and for a very ambitious goal: the promotion and development of agricultural cooperation in the Shumsky district of Ternopil region.
It was from this moment that the period of "finding oneself" began for the "Shumshchyna Initiative". We organized many different events, we had a great turnover of members of the organization, each had his own vision of how to develop and what to do. This was a very unstable period, but it led to the fact that in 2018 the members of the NGO "Initiativna Shumshchyna" made a decision to rebrand the organization, as a result of which the NGO "Initiativna Shumshchyna" changed its name to the NGO "Center for Initiative Development “InSource”. The organization also expanded the territory of activity and specified the directions of work. The organization also expanded the territory of activity and specified the directions of work.
So, The Center for Initiative Development “InSource” has become what it is today: independent, ambitious, united by common views and a desire to make changes professionally and persistently.
